At Common South, we work hard to get your order processed and delivered quickly.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During new product drops, holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Some products and/or certain popular items may take longer to ship.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or location.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Common South is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues become the responsibility of the carrier.
Common South is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Return Protection
Customers who purchase Return Protection at checkout receive free return shipping and simplified exchanges for eligible returns according to our Return Policy.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
APO and PO Box Shipping
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO addresses at this time. Shipping to PO Boxes have a high chance of delayed shipping times and return to sender. We suggest shipping to a physical address.
